This week we wanted to get to know our Business Relationship Bankers better! We spoke with Kayla Greeno and Courtney Wright about their roles with The Savings Bank and how they assist our business customers in finding the best services to meet their banking needs.

First, will you introduce yourself and your role with the bank?

Kayla: Hello, my name is Kayla Greeno, I am the Business Relationship Banker with The Savings Bank.

Courtney: My name is Courtney Wright, and I am a Branch Officer at our Circleville location. I manage the frontline staff, and I work with businesses and consumers by providing retail products and services to help make their banking easier and efficient.

How do you find the best fit for each customer?

Kayla: I always start by asking what kind of business they have and always go over each of our account types. My goal is to give the most information I can to help customers make the best decision possible.

Courtney: Listening to the customer; business or personal! Letting them talk about their business, goals, or vision! They are passionate about what they do, and I enjoy hearing their stories. I focus on identifying what areas I can help in to make a difference.

Is there anything you wish more people knew about your job or the services you offer?

Kayla: I wish more people knew we offer merchant services, and they could contact me to help. I see it more common with small businesses who, I feel, don’t know how to ask their banks about merchant services options and go for the mainstream services you see all the advertisements for.

Courtney: We offer more than your everyday checking and savings accounts. We have a business suite product line including Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, ACH & Wire Services and Positive Pay. Mobile banking with mobile deposit, quick access to balances, debit cards and paperless statements are just a few of many products we have. The customer experience is what sets us apart. We are a community bank that takes the time to get to know our customers and listen to what they need. We want to be our customers’ resource to minimize financial pressures [and] live a better life.

What do you like most about your job?

Kayla: I love meeting new people and helping small businesses get started. I always try to get a business card so that I can try promoting them to someone who may not be aware of them. I also like the feeling of being more involved with my community and its people.

Courtney: Working with our staff to help create bankers, expand our banking knowledge and leadership. Working with our customers to build relationships and most importantly, their trust.
