The Customer Care team at The Savings Bank is ready to assist our customers with a variety of topics from A-Z. They can assist with things like password retrieval, debit card questions, balance inquiries, and so much more!

Our Customer Care team follows many of the principles of customer service. We believe in:

Accuracy – Our Customer Care team is well versed in our products and services, and they can accurately diagnose customer inquiries and provide timely fixes.

Accessibility – We aim to make ourselves available during all business hours via phone or through our online portal. However, because we manage our customer care department in-house, our representatives are not available outside business hours. To help alleviate stress, our online Contact Us form is always available, and once our Customer Care team is back in the office, someone will reach out to address your inquiry.
