Library Brings Books and Learning Where You Are
The Savings Bank is a long-time supporter of the Pickaway County Library system! We are fans of the fun, enlightening programs that the library offers our community.
During this extraordinary time, our library staff is working harder than ever to bring the library to you – wherever you are! Their summer programming is a mix of online events, do-it-yourself projects and paths to access resources that teach, entertain and encourage joy in reading.
Online Storytimes
Storytimes have been a library favorite for generations. Offered on Mondays for preschoolers and Wednesdays for babies/toddlers – both at 10AM – these storytimes are now online on Facebook.
Stories also are available anytime at Kanopy Kids.
Summer Programs
Presentations
Special presenters each week are a tradition at the Pickaway County Library during the summer. This year the tradition continues online.

Shadows of Night - Bats
This live virtual program via Zoom by OhioNature.org requires advance registration.
July 29 at 2PM
Jester Jim - Juggling, Beatboxing and Comedy

Youth Crafts
Every week through August, the Pickaway County Library offers a new Take & Make Craft designed for grades 1 to 6. Crafts kits are available for curbside pickup while supplies last at the Main Library in Circleville, the Younkin Branch Library in Ashville – or at Bookmobile stops in Commercial Point, Williamsport and Tarlton. Crafts center around this summer’s reading theme, "Imagine Your Story."

Library Operations
Pickaway County Library locations currently are open limited hours for curbside service only, safely delivering reserved books and craft kits to your car. Both the Main Library in Circleville and the Younkin Branch in Ashville are offering curbside service during the same hours:
Monday to Thursday
10AM to 8PM
Friday & Saturday
10AM to 6PM
Sunday
1PM to 5PM
